Hi Friends,

Wishing you all a blessed and Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm trying to pull-off an unholiday. Husband doesn't do well with holidays.

I'm going to be cooking chicken cutlets, with mushrooms and country gravy, with a salad and mashed potatoes on the side.

OK, who's coming? I need to know how many places to set.

It's just a short drive to rural Kansas. What is everybody doing today? Need exercise -- rolling on the floor laughing is one of my favorite forms. What is everybody doing today?

Hugs,

EJ

My husband is cooking paella. We did not go back to NY this year beause he is not off tomorrow and I have too much school work to do. If we do our own Thanksgiving we do non-traditional. My sister is currently on the train on her way from NY to Philly.. I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your dinner sounds great, EJ.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

I've decided to go ahead and cook a traditional dinner even if it's just the two of us.

Hubby doesn't do holidays well, either, EJ. You're not alone. I might try to see if he can come up with something to be thankful for and I plan to borrow heavily from Candy's list. What is everybody doing today?

Your dinner sounds yummy, EJ! Set two more places, will ya!?

Blessings on you for making the best with what you have. What is everybody doing today?

Bless You too. EJ!

We began Thanksgiving Yesterday and it was very nice. We are continuing it today. The holidays can be a great time if we choose to focus on the good in each other, I believe. This is contingent upon all involved putting aside differences though IMo. Hope You and Yours have a great holiday season. Peace!

I am working until 11 pm. My Thanksgiving dinner is a Coke and some microwaveable soup. What is everybody doing today?

We went out of state to my husband's ex-wife's. It was okay but my asthma got bad :-) and I didn't remember to bring my inhaler. Had to make her make a pot of coffee for me and that worked pretty well. But I wasn't very hungry/couldn't eat so only picked at a wing and a little stuffing. Of course, now we're home I'm starving What is everybody doing today? so I have a potato baking and I'm heating water for hot chocolate. It's good to be home.
