Where you just don’t want to do anything? Like your not living paycheck to paycheck and you can buy whatever you want and you go to work 5 days a week and do whatever else you absolutely have to do but besides that you don’t do anything else. There’s nothing you want to do. Nothing you want to buy or anything. You don’t even want to go on vacation or anything. Your just satisfied with your life and how it’s going.
I can’t tell if this is a good thing or if I’m terribly depressed.

I can't remember being exactly like that--but depression has certainly made me not interested in doing anything at all.

I think it depends on whether this is causing you distress and making it more difficult in your life. Then it would be depression. But I find it interesting that you used word "satisfied" in your description. I think if you really are satisfied and don't feel bad, then it's a very good and healthy place to be. Something that people have tried to achieve by meditation and religion for thousands of years.
I think only you can say how you feel : do you feel sad and empty inside? Or do you only think you "should" want to have all the stuff and do all the "exciting" activities because it's something "everyone else" does? If it's the second option it might be interesting to look up the concept of minimalism and voluntary simplicity.

I don’t know. Whatever it is my attitude is positive. Or at least most of the time. I’m not feeling sorry for myself and I’m making the best of things.
