I'm going to a Halloween party at a bar in on the 27th and I need to choose a costume out of four I have on hand. There will be contests for the best costume, but more importantly, there will be cute guys and girls there that I may meet! I want to be confident going into the bar.

Halloween Party HELP: What costume should I wear?
Costume #1: Rick from Rick and Morty. It's definitely the most recognizable costume, but also the most popular, and I like costumes that are original that most people don't wear.

Halloween Party HELP: What costume should I wear?
Costume #2: Cher from Clueless. It'll definitely be the most original, but how many people my age has seen the movie Clueless? But I think it'll be the most eye-catching since I'll be all dolled up and fashionable. I'm leaning towards this costume

Halloween Party HELP: What costume should I wear?
Costume #3: Jane Goodall, again, another original costume but not one most would guess. I think people will think "Safari explorer"...but I'm going to be her on the actual day of Halloween, she's my main costume this year, so I thought this year I would wear more than one costume.

Halloween Party HELP: What costume should I wear?
(Sorry that it's sideways, it's too difficult to try to fix)
Costume #4: The dominatrix costume I wore for the going-away party. It's the sexiest costume I have, but it was a bugger to wear just in the house.

Thank you for your input!

Hmm...I say go as Cher from Clueless or Rick. I think Cher would be sexier. But Rick could somehow be a conversation piece. I don't know how many cute female Rick's there'd be. If the dominatrix costume is literally a pain in the butt, I myself wouldn't wear it. My 2cents! Hope you have fun!!!

Just stay away from the 'sexy' costumes, I loathe them personally. In that vein I think Jane Goodall would be fabulous.

My teenage self loved Cluless. I was 15 when it came out and in the 10th grade so back then it was like the best thing since slice bread. I watched it once in my adult life and thought it was pretty dumb but I like the costume though I am not sure how many people would “get it”-it might more just look like you are wearing a cute outfit circa 1995.
I would totally ditch the dominatrix costume since you said it was a bugger to wear at home. I would go with Jane or Clueless. Maybe more clueless than Jane if you want to find someone to date.

Oh, it’s a big decision! My favorite holiday is Halloween and I’ve already dressed up at my going away party and I love dressing in costume.

I think between Cher from Clueless and Jane Goodall I’ll choose....

JANE GOODALL! 😆

She is my hero and I agree with one member that a sexy costume will attract the wrong attention that I definitely do not want from strangers. Another reason why I chose Jane Goodall is because I have the entire costume ready whereas I only have pieces of Rick and Cher and it would be a waste of money to buy the pieces for two costumes I may not end up wearing. So there ya have it!

rick.

because rick and morty are so underrated and need more people knowing about them.

(by the way, this would have been a good thread for a poll)

Go with the Jane Goodall costume and tape a stuffed monkey to your shoulder.

I thought about it, but since I get very few responses on my posts, I thought a poll wouldn't be worthwhile...

Dress like Wendy, The Good Witch of the East in the "Wizard of Oz." With the costume, you can tell everyone you're presenting as a drama queen.
Thanks for this!
