If you had one Christmas wish/gift you would like what would it be?

I want a day to myself with no one bugging me to do whatever I want alone!!!!!!

That everyone can enjoy at least one day of peace and happiness (sounds cheezy, I know but...) as for myself? I dunno. I think I have it pretty good right now, my grandma from georgia is coming up for christmas, as well as my stepsister wh is going to college in Alaska, I havn't seen my grandma in about 3 years, and I havn't seen my stepsister since she went away for college in the summer, so I'm really excited One Christmas Wish

I'm selfish. I want my three boys together with us again. We were together the week of the 4th of July. Since that's highly unlikely I'll settle for having a good day with hubby. One Christmas Wish

and one christmas wish
would finally come true
that people would know peace
and I would know it too
to see a smile on a child's face
the look of total surprise
when they see what santa brought them
such squeals such cries
and one christmas wish
would finally come true

one christmas wish
to last the whole year through
love and understanding
for me and for you
one christmas wish
we should give to everyone
is love and understanding
no matter where their from

and one christmas wish
would finally come true
friends and relations gathered together
me and you
one christmas wish
would finally come true
finally come true
for me and for you...

thankyou twirls...

My one wish for Christmas is for heaven on earth. Where all of humanity exist together in complete peace, unconditional love, and harmony. A time when all of us bond together as brothers and sisters. A time when there is no hunger, no tears, no sadness, no judgement, no hate, no fear, no war, no anger, no lonliness, no disease, no anger, and no jealousy. A time when humanity loves one another regardless of race, creed, or religion. A time when all of humanity accepts and loves one another without the ugliness of negativity. A time when each person enjoys abundance and prosperity. May each of us hope that humanity evolves so that heaven may come to earth,.

SeptemberMorn: I hardly believe that you are being selfish. Quite of opposite. You are expressing your love which is perhaps the best Christmas gift you can give.

Mystry: Bless you for the amazing poem. It is a true give. I hope your Christmas wish comes true for me and you and everyone. I wish I could write so eloquently. Unfortunately, I have not been gifted with the creativity to write so beautifully.

Kaika: I like the way you think. it seems as if you will be receiving some of the best presents of all.

Twirls: I hope that your special gift of some alone time comes to pass. Everyone needs some time alone every now and then. And, thank you for posting your question.

May Everyone Be Blessed,
Peacemaker

I wish I would get to hug my son. That is my perpetual wish for Christmas, birthdays, the tooth fairy, wishbones, and anything else of that sort till it happens.

My Christmas wish would be to return to a time when my children were small and their kisses were endless, their favorite activity was cuddling around for story time, and we (their father and I) were their favorite people on earth. That would be lovely for one day a year.

I really like and enjoy the adults / young adults that they have become. But the kisses aren't endless anymore, hello, good-bye, and goodnight; never in public. They still enjoy being read to whether they admit it or not. I was sad that the Harry Potter series ended because we always read that one aloud together. But now if it is a choice between spending the evening with mom and dad or hanging out with friends, the friends win. :-(

I would wish that family would be more important to the world than profit or personal pleasure....that we could think as a community rather than personal interests first.

My wish for the world.....that we would finally understand we are human first with all that implys and everything else is just window dressing.

For myself, I wish I would not see the light of Christmas day.

And we all know wishes don't come true.

this might sound selfish, but my one Christmas wish would be to wake up without any physical pain, and remain that way for the whole day. It has been so long , I can't remeber what it is like to be pain free.

BPD Sufferer,

Pain can wear you down, so I understand your wish. The ankle I broke has finally stopped hurting for the most part, but now I can feel the pain in my toes in both feet. One Christmas Wish

BPD: I know what you mean about pain free. I wish I could take all the pain from everybody for life, not just Christmas. But then we wouldn't enjoy the observations of cute doctors. One Christmas Wish
