I can't believe it is 2019 already. Scary. But this year could be a big year for me.

(1) I actually have a shot this year at losing the weight and keeping it off. My sister took medical marijuana last year and dropped 40 lbs without trying. After looking it up it seems that certain strains of medical marijuana increase your metabolism. This is the key. Every diet I got on is just a foolish game because decreasing calories eventually decreases metabolism. But if I can get that to change just a bit, I have a shot.

(2) I have been saving for a while to be able to afford an income producing property. I am close to getting it. I should be able to afford it in about 4 months.

(3) I have been at my job for 15 years now, can you believe that? And that means that come September I will accrue more leave time. So instead of 6 hours every 2 weeks I will get 8. That will really help.

(4) In September the bane of my existence, the psycho on my condo board, will be forced off the board. His term is up and no one will vote for him. I will FINALLY be in charge of the board.. and also able to get maintenance requests done. He blocks them now.

(5) last year I got hammered with a ton of work in a short period. From June until November my work doubled from last year in a short amount of time. We had to cover for another person. This year I should be back to normal.

(6) I might, might, head off to Europe alone in the spring. We will see.

And you? What do you think you will be working on in 2019?

I'm working on my weight. Renewing my real estate license. Saving money. Possibly moving out on my own.

Reading more books and dramatically reducing the amount of time I'm on the internet.

I'd like to get at least 1 more tattoo.

Smoke less pot and exercise more.

Discuss the possibility of coming off meds altogether. I would like to at least try.

Only goal for me is to get out of having to work a regular job and get into selling (either on eBay, or my own webstore), freelance work, or any combination of the two. My goal is to get out of having to work full time so I can be free.

I am interested in progressive group therapy and hope to find several groups to work with. Also, working on keeping hobbies out of my work life, as that takes the fun out if it for me.

I would like to lose an additional 15 pounds. Mainly I would like to keep off the 87 pounds I’ve lost in 3 years. I would like to find a second job. I want to go to Mall Of America. Money might be tight next year but the last time I went it only cost me $600. It should be manageable someway. This is a stretch but I’d also like to go to a tourist town in Michigan. I have a collectible toy that’s worth a lot of money. I think if I sell it and then use my hotel points I could have enough money to pay for the hotel for 2 nights. I’d like to go to the lake in Michigan too. That will most likely happen.

Besides that I just want my anxiety to be stable, and things at my current job to continue going smoothly. I really want to be certified for Medicare too. That’s a big one. I want to find a good therapist too.

I'm going to focus on breathing. On keeping my heart beating, too. Don't think about them too hard, though!

I want to return to weekly therapy. My therapist has been on sick leave since October. Her absence has been so hard. I've been told she'll return next week, but that's what the clinic says every week. I have my fingers crossed that she really will be back at work.

I'd like to think that i'll have a bigger face to face support network- and not rely so much on forums and email comunication.

also getting all abusers out my life for good (if possible!)
