Which one do you think is better? I have only been to Outback. I always thought Longhorn was a very upscale fancy steakhouse. I looked at the menu tonight and it didn’t look all that expensive. definitely not the prices I was expecting. I’m wondering how the steaks are.

I prefer Outback myself I think the food is better and love the Blooming onion. But Longhorn is good too. I certainly wouldn't snub either

I like both, but my favorite steak place is Texas Road House.

I've only been to Outback. It's been ages, though. The closest is a little over an hour away. I did like them. Longhorn doesn't even appear to be in CA at all.

can't choose between the two. they are both great steak houses IMO and I could swap them out and enjoy a meal at either equally.

I prefer supporting local independent eateries and businesses over those of large chain franchises. The food is better, generally fresher and healthier, and not processed or prefabricated. So my answer is neither. I'll go to the Brazilian BBQ down the street.

Protein and a large salad!

I went to Longhorn today and it was really good. It almost seemed like Outback but just with a different name. I got the New York strip steak. I will definitely be alternating between the two from now on.
