Maybe this belongs in the news forum, but I thought it fit here.
There was a time in my life that I used the word men like it was a dirty word. Many men in my life gave me reason to think they were all scum. One day I really listened to myself and was horrified. I realized if I heard someone talking about a minority that way I'd be seriously offended. I changed my ways right then and there. I just read an article about a guy on the New York subway who made himself a guardian angel to a total stranger. He started talking to a woman that another man was harassing. Then he escorted her to her friend's apartment. My hat is off to you unknown stranger. ![]() Woman Thanks ‘Guardian Angel’ Who Rescued Her From Creepy Man Stalking Her On The Subway Quote:

What an amazing story! What an honorable thing for him to have done!

I was grateful to read this article. Things have been going on in my life lately that have lead me to have a negative, cynical outlook. I needed to read something like this to remember there is goodness in the world.
