Googled her name & came up with a list about the fictional character....but nothing like information on a real person because there are not those aspects of the character

She’s the most marvellous, fast, efficient at computers ever. She can go to nearly any place in the net and I found impossible to come into a page I have been previously subscribed, with my identity card number, my password...I couldn’t access to my notification so I will have to wait for ordinary mail.

Thus, Pelelope still are very sensitive in spide of dealing with the worst of the worst each day. I saw once completly identified with her when she was watching a video on her screen computer and a kitty appears. She said out loud « the kitty no, please ».
Morgan tries to prevent her from being hurt in her inocence. It’s like a guard angel.

I have no idea who Penelope García is anymore than who Wallyyyy! is, which people at open air rock concerts call out to in the middle of the night from their tents. This apparnently has been happening since the mid-1970's.
