To not expect a quick fix and to know there is no time limit on how my issues it's taken along time to get where i am, it takes time to work through it.

The Universe has just this minute told me that, grateful that I am for having a late-starting surgery tomorrow, I really ought to log out of this wonderful place and go back to bed!! Lest I be grumpy bear tomorrow morning.

The universe told me to not take the bus that will get me closest to being on time for my destination. The universe told me take the bus before that one. I learned my lesson when my bus was late. Now I know I should of taken the earlier bus.

Don't be afraid to be honest with my therapist. She is there to help me out and she has proven herself to be trusted.

The Universe said, "Knock knock.", and I said, "Who's there?", & it said, "It's me!" So then I said, "Well, that's true, but aren't you supposed to tell me something?" And so far, it isn't saying anything. Not one word. Isn't that weird?

That I am doing the right thing looking after my body and being careful what I eat,
that it will pay off dividends in the end and improve your shape, BMI , your hair growth will be thicker
and your complexion will improve. Also keeping your blood sugars at normal levels will prevent blindness,
amputations, massive continuing weight gain. Trust yourself and don't deviate from no sugar and eat healthily.
