Fact is I don't think the new love of my life is actually a Dust Buster but it is one of those mini vacs. Many times I've used to picked up crumbs, visible dust bunnies and things of that sort. But this morning, well I probably owe it my life.

And the adventure begins.......
This morning after another sleepless night I decided to clean out my refrigerator of all the week old plastic containers. The red flags began flying when this frog of little brain started pulling out containers without her first shot of caffeine.

First and second containers were a breeze. Then as I turned to reach one last time.......thump, thump crash the plastic box of blue berries hits the bottom shelf and scatters all over the kitchen floor. Those little round suckers can roll.

Dust Buster to the rescue. With a little coaxing it picked up every last one of those little blue berries. Mind you the relationship isn't perfect. It still takes me 10 minutes to get the fricking thing out of its charging stand. Usually I end up disassembling it to get it loose. But.......

I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster Hats off to mini vacs everywhere. I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster

Let's hear it for DUSTBUSTER LOVE I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster

You should try the Swiffer Vac! It's like movin' on up to a deeeeluxe Dustbuster in the sky-y-y-y- I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster

and to stop those bluberries from rollin' round you should get one of those zip loc vacs for them, seal those little babies up and they'll roll no more! I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster

I am sure there is one of those little "berries" probably still hiding under the refer but what I don't find won't hurt me, right?

I'll have to try that zip loc vac. I know my food saver sucks the living daylights out of them. They end up like little mushy flat thingys

My husband gave me a dust buster for valentines day. Said he thought it was romantic to be saving me some time by not having to sweep. Me being a "clean-o-phobic" now happily do both! And I'm on my third dust buster since that valentines day - I keep burning the motors out!

(The following valentines day I received gold jewellry so I guess that's a good upgrade! I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster )

It is amazing what those little "suckers" can do. My friend uses hers a lot in a day care center....geeeeeee wonder why?

Yes, sabrina, I would say gold was a good upgrada. Guess all those post-it notes with hint, hint, hint did the trick I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster

Whatever model I have, it is the only one whose filters are NOT stocked by Walmart, Target, Home Depot, or Sears. It figures.....story of my life.

Dirt Devil...has a whole new look to the mini vac now.. its call the KONE... very long..& sleek and comes in many different colors so its not an eyesore and have to throw in in closet from people seeing it...like the mini vacs of yesteryear .Now we can keep it out there for all to see.. and grab it and use it.. within seconds. they even have a one a lil more curvy called the KURVE.i think thats the name....The wonderful ideas these people come up with to make our life a little easier and more enjoyable.

once i figure how the heck to post pictures of each one i will.

For reg. Vacs i have a Dyson...and i LOVE HIM!!! I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster

I am jealous of bpd's roomba.

Though, it just hit me that I could justify getting one by calling it a cat toy.

I like the idea of the cat toy. But when you can touch opposite walls of your living room just raising your arms out, I don't think I can justify the cost.

Cat toy.....hmmmmmm. Have feeling I would get one of those "oh God, she's at it again" looks from Hubby. We have a dog and she doesn't even own a chew toy.

Sabby, I don't mind if you hijack my thread just as long as you take my dust bunnies with you. Know Hubby would greatly appreciate it. I think I'm in love with my Dustbuster

I have a little dust buster thingie that I run over the kids in the morning before they go out the door. Picks up the toast, bagle, english muffin crumbs REALLY well!! Of course, the neighbors DO look at me like I'm nutty.

We have a Dyson and I have named him Tyson. Tyson is such a sensitive man!!! He is decked out in Pink with grey and black trim; is gentle on the carpet, doesn't scare my kitty, and sucks up EVERYTHING!!!

I also have a dustbuster for my car. His name is "Honeywhere'sthesuckerthingie." He still sucks good after eight years!!!! LOL

Oh dear God. . .I hope the mods don't think we've gone over the edge on this one. I just reread my post. . .

I love my dustbuster. If it wasn't for my dustbuster kitty litter would be all over...my little kitty is not the neatest.

(froggy - spread your berries out on a cookie sheet and put in freezer until they freeze. Be sure they are dry. Then put tjem in your food saver.)
