When I change alitutdes mainly. I live in the coastal mountains of BC, Canada and my town is pretty high up. Compared to the rest but there is another city within a city that is plop right smack in the middle of the mountains.
But usually I get it when I change altitudes but I have heard some people’s ear pop after swimming or during swimming. __________________ Love, Light and Happiness!!! |

When it happens it happens and I never pay attention to it. I might point out as a user of hearing aids [the old adage of my ears running on batteries come to mind] everything ear related is by now second nature.

You mean on their own?
They don't. I feel some pressure, and I have to yawn to trigger the popping -- which is more of a gentle release than a pop. When needed, my hearing gets a little clearer and deeper after I do so. I put once a month because that's my best guess. Rarely, unless I'm sick or experiencing rapid changes in air pressure. |
