Very tired and that was after returning to bed this morning for at least 3 hours extra. Last night I didn't sleep well for coughing.

I am feeling better today.My mood was not too low but not good either but it was bearable,I was able to do a brief amount of shopping for notebooks and hair dye and go eat at the pub and I visited my mum.I am glad I am not severely depressed but my mood is more low than high.

I feel okay. Just been asleep on the sofa in front of the wood burning stove. Lovely lying here with the lights on low. and the telly off. Outside I can hear a night owl.

I’m feeling crappy. I went back on my topamax. I know my mom is getting a cold. My symptoms may also be because I’m about to get what she has. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt crappy mentally because I was about to get a cold.

Pretty bad. The depression is worst I've had in a long time and also had argument with my husband. I feel very alone and defeated right now, generally speaking.

I'm feeling better. Had sort of a crummy experience today. I was angry about it. But, self care. I actually did some distress tolerance activities, like going for a walk outside and giving someone else a call.

I also got a really neat mystery novel from the library today. Looking forward to reading it.

I've got a reinfection of cellulitis again! None too pleased.

I was driven to the London hospital after phoning NHS111, and talked to the duty doctor. He prescribed me Doxycycline Hyclate toi take as soon as I got home, 2 x 100mg capsules as a stat dose, followed by 1 x 100mg every morning with a glass of water. The NHS over here has very good healthcare. My 10am appointment was on time, the duty doctor being excellent wrote up a summary and emailed it to my doctor's surgery to be read first thing tomorrow morning.

I do feel lethargic though and my left upper thigh feels sore. I didn't sleep at all well last night. Might have known this cellulitis had returned!
