I’m wearing pants that are two sizes smaller than the ones from yesterday so I feel a lot more comfortable because I’m not constantly pulling them up and they are not as baggy. Also the sun is shining and I don’t have to work and I have plans both today and Sunday. So I feel pretty good right now.

Right now, I am feeling exceptional!
I just got my 10 month sobriety coin and I am working my program every day. My medicine seems to be working very well and my mood had been better than ever. Silent. I live in an apartment building that can be dead silent on Sundays. I like it for the most part, but today I feel strangely disconnected from the rest of the world. Good that I am on here now...
