I have this weird side effect of my atypicals called PLMD, where my left anke jerks hard every 40 seconds or so. Makes it impossible to sleep. I got up and it stopped and I am grateful for that.

Just for things I would normally take for granted: hot and cold running water just feet away, roof over the head, an ordinary meal, coffee, electricity, medical help if needed, etc. Thank you human race - you're not all bad.
