That it's not too hot. Physical comfort makes dealing with people a bit easier.

I cant believe it, I'm getting a new bed that the springs don't poke through! Maybe I won't hurt so much in the morning, so happy! Got to go clean up the bedroom now

Going to therapy in a hour it's good to have someone to talk to and get a different prespective and someone is non judgemental it helps me to have more in one point of view on things in life that it's good to think outside of the box

I am grateful that my husband and cat are still with me, and that I'm not really alone, even though my depression makes me feel as though I am.

I'm gratefull for the heavy rain I had to face in the middle of the barley field as I was miserable and then I just had to walk out of the cold and wet conditions relying on myself. It made me realise that I'm more capable than I think I am.
I'm gratefull for the natural meadows I had to walk through and all the small pretty flowers and the nice smell they have. I'm gratefull my son loves me so much even though I'm not perfect. I'm gratefull that there are nice relationships between mates in my workplace I'm gratefull people seek out help from me I'm gratefull for PC __________________ Bipolar I Meds: Lamotrigine as mood stabiliser Agomelatine and Sertralin as antidepressant Zopiclonum for sleeping when needed Lectopam to calm down when mixed |
