I posted earlier in the Anxiety, Panic Attack, & Phobia section that last night I suffered another flashback/nightmare and this one just seemed to put me over the top. I just can't seem to shake it. After spending almost the entire night in terror and fear with my mom and dad and getting almost zero sleep I did go to my therapy session today even though I did not want to. While talking to my therapist and then my therapist speaking with my mom she suggested that I go and have an emergency session with my Psychiatrist and she told my mom that she will contact him as well. This most likely means I am off to an in patient psych ward for a bit.

  Will keep you in my thoughts, im glad your therapist got you into see your pdoc. Just know we are always here for you at pc anytime. Please keep safe. Sorry you are struggiling so much

Mom got a call from my Psychiatrist and he must have spoke to my therapist and he told my parents to take me to the Psych Hospital tonight and see the Emergency Psychiatrist on call. He told them he will send over any paper work needed. So I will be gone for a bit of time it looks. As for the Movie Theater job that is out the window. I guess I really don't even care about that. I am so messed up I would have failed at that anyway. Thanks you all for your thoughts.

Last few minutes of freedom before being in a locked unit for what looks like at least 2 weeks. My phone will also be taken away so no outside communication. So this is Goodbye.

Hugs i hope you get help there, will keep you in my thoughts. I have been inpatient it's not scary as it looks, it was very helpful for me. Hugs

There will be other jobs out there right now you are needing help and it's ok. You are very brave to go inpatient and im proud of you for going in. I hope you feel better when you come out. Hugs
