10/10 - I don't give 10s that easily, but last night's main course was outstanding. I made a homemade eggplant Parmesan. It was even based on a Cooking Light recipe. I put lots of fresh herbs in it from my herb garden.I also made an amazing cherry almond sweet bread. Hubby says it's his favorite ever. I have to agree. Cherries have been inexpensive and delicious lately. With my new cherry pitter tool, it's easy to pit them quickly.

1/10 grilled chicken on the BBQ. I don’t think it was cooked all the way through and I have a fear of undercooked poultry so I had to cook it in the microwave until it was dry. I hate eating anything that I don’t prepare myself or that’s from a restaurant.

10/10 a cheese cannoli Lean Cuisine. They are one of the Lean Cuisines with the fewest amount of calories and they also taste pretty good.
