I had some corn. 5/10. I got distracted by the issue I’ve been having and couldn’t finish eating it.

Roast chicken with veg, giving it 8/10 because the chicken was a little tougher than I would have liked (first it was underdone and I had to cook longer) and the roast parsnips were underdone - the roast potatoes, cabbage, cauli and carrots were good though, and the gravy, stuffing and Yorkshire puds were top notch too.

10/10 - I sort of made Easter dinner yesterday for lunch, instead of Sunday dinner. I made a Czech dish of boiled beef (it's better than it sounds) with a fresh dill cream sauce and homemade Czech bread dumplings. With that I had sliced tomatoes and steamed sugar snap peas. Dinner was less exciting. I simply reheated leftover Chinese food from the night before. It wasn't bad.

6/10. So far I’ve just had a mug of cup a soup. It’s just a 2/3 cup of soup. They have discontinued them since they are kinda pointless. If I can get the energy and an appetite I was going to go eat some chicken.

9/10 - For the first time, I made a traditional Czech soup called kulajda. It's a creamy slightly sour wild mushroom potato soup served with a poached egg on top and with lots of fresh dill and other herbs/spices. I served it with a simple side salad and artisan bread toast.
