I don’t think I’m regular (I mean no offense to this its just I don’t know how to communicate very well or know how to offer very good advice) but I’ve noticed I’ve been pretty much one of 3 or 4 people posting in general social chat lately and I’ve also been wondering where everyone is. I’ve just assumed people have been busy. I have no life. I work super early in the morning, get off super early and then veg out in front of the TV glued to my phone the rest of the morning, afternoon, and night. Sometimes I can have 50 posts a day on PC.

Umm... everybody is trying to get work done by wednesday, PLUS buy picnic food, and find their bathing suits, and get the car checked.

Plus its hotter than hades out, theyre declaring ozone days, so that makes everything more difficult.

And the rest of us are just trying to stay cool!

I was going to say, the numbers of people posting tends to lighten up around here in the Summer, traditionally. People are doing all kinds of stuff in the warmer weather, just not indoors as much. And our time is divided up into a million demands (kids, grandkids, travel, mending roofs, gardening & taking care of the yard, painting those window boxes, keeping the grill clean, keeping the car shiny & keeping it running, going visiting, attending social events, tending llamas, etc.)

Be patient. Most return, come Fall.

There has been a drop off of some regular peeps. 6 I could mention but wont. Otherwise maybe is it a summer things and people are doing stuff.

Some people maybe violated too many guidelines and are actually gone for real, some might be gone due to personal reasons and some are just busy or taking a break. If I worry if people are ok I PM them.

Well, i use the forms about 5 times a week. Just to say hello to someone and see what's what with others. I do not always get involved with discussions as i tend to be a true introvert. So, I guess i am a snooper of kinds. Anyway, just because you do not see them does not mean they are not here.

I like that the traffic also slows down in the summer. You’re right. Things will likely pick back up in the fall.

I hear you. There aren’t enough days off. Then when I do take a day off I find a million things to do and go back to work tired again.

Regulars...I once was on of those on chat then my computer sorta let everyone view all my work and I went ape shiznat on it. But that was my fault I gave it to someone to look it over and they opened to allow the use so everyone could view my files I was really pissed off with myself over that.

But I post using Tapatalk forum app on my cellphone and rarely go into chat anymore. Unless I am near a computer and can see the text I can use my tablet but I find the print is awfully small.

I post in the same places all the time because that’s how I roll. This weekend past was a holiday for me on the Monday.

Lately myself I haven’t been well I did something to my hip and in lots of pain. The meds they gave me at the hospital makes me sleep a lot of the time when I take them. So sleeping and staying off it is my number 1 priority these days. I wish my friends offline would understand that and leave me alone instead of texting and FB messaging me every 5-10mins they seem to resort if I don’t answer in 20mins time to call me on cell. They seem to be very needy lately and it’s painful. That when I am trying to take care of me there to annoy me it seems like.

But I hope you find your “regulars”...

Depressed: Dunno. Don't care.
Poor self-esteem: Avoiding you.
Paranoid: Who wants to know?
Overthinking: Define "everybody".
Self-doubt: Maybe I just misunderstood the question?

The preceding is questionable humour. But I suffer from some of these ... so meh. It's one of the ways I cope.

Apparently we have “regulars” on PC. So the rest of us aren’t “regulars”? And we are posting but apparently we aren’t “everybody”. is there some “in” crowd? Clique? Some special crowd that the rest of us don’t count? Like you walked in a room and see ten of us and asked where is everybody and where are regulars? Like we don’t count? Kind of bothersome. I should stop posting on this sub forum as it doesn’t even count anyways

I have been here and also enjoying the short summer here. I take it as people are enjoying summer and have other activities to do with there time. I myself wonder about people who post on here and hope they are doing good. Once the summer end im sure the forums will be busy again, i have been on here for over 10yr's and summer time is usally more quite. I have been sending out pm's to my friends to check in with them.
