It's been awhile .......
I've had some ups and downs in my health and been hospitalized this fall. Right now I'm doing well, except for the unwelcomed weight gain due to medication and my over eating (it's like cravings as if I were pregnant!) Zen

I know what ya mean with health ups and downs, been there. Hope your feeling better. I'll help with the eating, I'm good at that.
