Just had a bowl of ice cream & getting ready to go put in some step-in posts for installing electric fencing around my field for my horse that is going to be shipped here

I am left thinking I have made some wrong career choices. But still I can fix one of those wrong choices, and hope for the best. Also, careers are not everything, it is a very obvious fact.

Sitting here drinking a cup of coffee & listening to it start to rain & the thunder & thinking.....this messes up my plans to get out & work on my fencing.....but it is beautiful listening to my birds singing in my woods. A few more hours of working inside the house & maybe the storm will pass

Taking a break. I'm hot and sweaty. I just got done making Poulet Bonne Femme (a French chicken dish), homemade iced tea, and prepped potatoes for dinner, plus cleaned up the kitchen and other parts of the house. I also did laundry. I'm glad it's Friday!

Washing the kitchen floor, but taking a break so i dont get overheated. I have Wagon Train on in the kitchen and the living room. Todays episode stars Michael Rennie (the day the earth stood still), Henry Silva ((The Manchurian Candidate) and Brian Keith. I might still get overheated!
