@giddykitty my therapist says I’m using my tiredness as a defense mechanism. That kind of makes sense. I get really tired in anxiety provoking situations.

Ah! I've definitely been there. I don't think that's the case right now though for me. Ill keep watching for it. Sorry you're anxious! If there's anything I can say to help make it better, let me know. Feel free to message me. I'm sorry if you've already explained it on the anxiety thread. I know I've seen you posting there, but frankly I haven't been fully focused on that thread lately because I haven't been bothered much by anxiety recently. I feel weirdly manic tonight. I don’t get why I’m feeling like this. I don’t want to tell my mom. She thinks I’m totally fine. I left a message for my therapist though and I’m worried she’s going to send me to the hospital tomorrow.

I have a headache. It seems like a sinus headache. I also feel pretty much stable baseline in mood, after having been hypomanic for a week. I had been taking prn medications on top of my usual medication cocktail for a couple days. I guess that did the trick? We'll see.

Frustrated with the scale. And I know my mom is just going to say “ I don’t know what to tell you.” I mean, I paid $267 for preplanned meals and literally nothing happened.

Kind of blah today after a week of bipolar mood upswing. I'm not sure why it was extinguished so quickly. I had taken extra antipsychotic these past couple days. It's surprising that that's all it took.

I don't feel depressed at all, and yet I have zero desire to leave the house. I really do have a couple things I'd like to get from the store and pharmacy.
