I rarely eat anything containing garlic, because my husband is allergic to garlic. I'm not a fan of dishes that are overloaded with garlic, but think some dishes with it are yummy (marinara sauce, and of course garlic bread). I could go either way, with only just garlic rubbed on toasted bread with a little olive oil OR the same, but with a very light sprinkling of quality Parmesan cheese added. I don't think I'd like any cheesy weezy stuff on top, such as mozzarella. That doesn't mean I don't like mozzarella. I do, but not on garlic bread.

Congratulations, you've made me hungry.

I voted for with cheese.
