I restarted Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles, was gonna continue with my original save file but it's been so long since I last played I forgot what I was even doing, what the story was etc, I'm wanting to play it through to 100% completion this time

I decided the other day to buy some FPS thumbstick attachments for my Xbox One controllers to see if they help me play Witcher 2. (Basically, people buy FPS attachments to give more precise aiming w/ their thumbsticks, so I think it might help me with more precise movements in Witcher 2.)

Only one problem... I bought a PS4 set and an Xbox One set. I meant to buy two Xbox One sets.

yeah, I'm the same way. If I leave a game alone for too long, I just forget everything. I always restart if I've left a game alone for a few months. But oddly... I never delete the original save file.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it's expensive to return, so I might just keep it.

I originally ordered my stuff from Best Buy and then they cancelled my order 4 *business days* after I placed it. Then I looked at Amazon and the delivery timeframes are ridiculous. So, I got frustrated and just ordered directly from the manufacturer's website. It's like $5 return shipping for a $12.99 item.

I can technically use the PS4 pair since I have a PS4. I just really wanted the Xbox One version. lol.

I wish they would put the Lego Hobbit/Lord of the rings games on the Switch like they did with the Harry Potter ones. I have them for the Xbox 360 and 3DS but would love to play them on the Switch

I've never played those games, but I did have Lego Marvel on my Xbox 360 that I played and I liked it. Not sure why they don't remake the games.

I hear that Nintendo is spending time remaking a bunch of GameCube Mario games as part of Mario's 35th anniversary, though. I'm not sure if that's true or not... but people are saying Super Mario Galaxy, Super Mario Sunshine, etc..

yeah, they're kinda overdoing it... but I guess they know they can make quick money on that stuff. I think that's why they're doing so many remakes of games in general. seems like they're just picking the most popular games from the past that they know sold well.

btw, I just got a $110 GameStop card for $100. PayPal is doing a sale right now if you're interested. I've done many of their sales in the past and have never had a problem. So... if you combine the $110 with the GameStop sales, then you'll save a lot of money.

If you've never used PayPal before, it is very safe IMO. I've been using it for years because it adds protection to your purchases. (e.g., if you have a problem with a merchant, you can file a claim with PayPal and they will handle it for you).

I'm about to beat Fire Emblem. I'm on the second to last chapter (ch 21 and there are 22 chs). It's taken me a while to beat the game! and once I beat it, there are some post-game things to do, so I'm going to do those.

I really like the game, but I realize it's not for everybody.

afterwards, I'm hoping to play Witcher 2 once I get my thumbstick attachments in the mail.

well, not gonna lie... kinda disappointed in buying from GameStop. I ordered a bunch of used games (since it was buy 2 get 2 free), but I also ordered animal crossing (because I want physical). everything came in 2 days EXCEPT animal crossing. apparently that isn't coming until April 16th. it said "free 2 day shipping."

wtf gamestop!

I did beat fire emblem though (with quite an epic ending), and I did get my thumbstick attachments! going to try Witcher 2 now.

oh, some fantastic news! my animal crossing game is being delivered today! GameStop originally said it'd take 2 days, but then they changed to April 16th, then changed it again to April 17th, but now it's coming today.

I ended up falling asleep early and not playing anything lol But I'll be playing Yonder in a little while and probably some Stardew Valley as well
