Went on a replacement villager hunt yesterday and while I didn’t find Bob or Raymond, I am excited about finding Fang. The wolves are one of my favourite AC species, besides cats, and I’ll be honest, nearly all the wolves look great to me as well. I’m not too keen on Lobo or Skye. I think I’d have passed them up if I’d seen them on the islands.
Thought it was going to rain today, and C.J. is here, so was hoping I could catch and sell a coelacanth for big bells! But the clouds broke up instead. I managed to catch one yesterday just before the rain stopped, if I’d known I’d have saved it for today. |

My sister has me into this app/game called Covet Fashion, you create different fashion looks for all kinds of different challenges and your looks get voted on and you can win/unlock different pieces of clothing to add to your wardrobe and in game money

The VR sounds fun - do you ever get motion sickness from it? I’d only be serious about trying it if my favourite games got remade with a VR option (Shadow of the Colossus, that would be pretty epic!).

Julian is cool! I’m not sure if I had him in New Leaf or not. Can’t remember! I had Snake move out the other day, so had another big replacement villager hunt last night. I even got to visit Scorpion island!! Had about 10 attempts to catch one, of course. Also, amazingly it was raining on every mystery island I went to! I caught one coelacanth, better than nothing, and a couple of oarfish. CJ was on my island today, and I made nearly 1/4 million bells in one sale!
I wasn’t hugely excited about any of the villagers I found, but eventually settled on Boris. I like how he looks so annoyed most of the time  Also, when I fall over again I’m going to say I’m a “ground pounder”. Lol! |

Not much to report from my island today, really. Redd was here, and I bought the Great Statue, but nothing else. I know why it’s so dark in his boat, but I don’t like it lol. They did a good job of emphasising how sneaky his business methods are with that, and the fact he disappears for at least a week afterwards. It was Ozzy’s birthday too, and I gave him a tool shelf, at first I thought he was going to hate it from his reaction, but he was really happy with it. |

I love that I can use my Xbox One controller on my laptop, it makes gaming so much easier. I'm not good at playing games with a keyboard and mouse, it's easier with a controller
