I have never been a big bird fan but I am loving my place! I have various kinds of birds that come to the tree right in front of the house. today it is full of bright red cardinals! in the spring I have american gold finches. also right now there are little grey and black finches! I tried taking pics of them but my digital only goes so far! waaaaaaaaaa but anyway that is what I do on the homefront! watch my birds!

birds Bop if you sit in one place everyday by the birds they will get use to you and will not be so skiddish .

Then get some pics. birds

That sounds awesome!!! Living in the city, all I get to see is pigeons. Well, that and parrots since I have three of my own :-) I love any type of bird and would love to see the sights you are seeing, Bebop.

birds Bop I pulled something up to front page of creative corner called >> Easy on the Eyes << You'll be surprised the title says nothing about the context........Kinda like the book for the cover thing .

oh thank you for sharing! i love birds and i love hearing about other people enjoying them too. i'm so glad you have happy things at your place birds

He said that we can email as MUCH as we want (100 times per day). Believe in this - it is challenging fears about being punished. It is okay to be seen. You are not a nuisance. "Too much" simply means exploration, not punishment/withdrawal. Trust in him.

Not looking at him is about keeping aspects of self hidden/secret. We know that is not the healthy choice. Keep working on this - you will get there.

Accept there are parts. Be kind and gentle with them. Working with parts and feelings is the key to happiness. We have been happy before when listened to them and accepted them and were open to feelings. Write in your journal - it is safe to do so.
