How is everyone during quarantine? Are you taking care of yourself and eating enough?

I'm grateful to go out and get food today. It cost me $85 in total but I'm glad to be stocked up, especially since some stores are running low on supplies. My uncle helped me out and accompanied me.

Since my aunt passed, I've been clearing out her things. It's hard for me to do; whenever I pick up one of her garments I imagine her wearing it. I'm proud of myself for tackling the task while getting retraumatized and keeping the household together.

I've been wearing makeup every day. I miss working as a makeup artist, and I need to practice on someone. I'm gathering some things I don't need anymore and I'm donating them to others, so they can have some nice products.

How is everyone doing?

I’m kind of worried I have coronavirus right now. I don’t have a cough or a fever but I’ve been super lethargic all day and I keep spacing out and having these staring spells. I’m worried this is the start of the virus. But maybe it’s just my general sleep issues getting bad again. I’ve had sleep problems for years.

Besides that I’m doing fine. I have plenty of food and meds and stuff.

I had been feeling very depressed and hopeless about things for awhile but, after a new AD I am feeling much better and more hopeful.

Oh wow, I hope you don't have it. Did you call your doctor?

I called him about other things and he’s out of the office until next week. But I moved my appointment up 8 days early. I think I will be ok I think it may just be some anxiety along with bad sleep problems. I am I bed now and I feel a lot better. I am in touch with my therapist.
