I'm doing a presentation via webx to an audience of about 60 people at my psych hospital tomorrow. The audience will be a mix of stakeholders, hospital executives, and the Board of Trustees.

I'd be nervous normally, but the added challenge of doing it on line is really stressing me out.

Wish me luck please.

You'll do well! I have a school presentation on Saturday, so I know how it feels. The nervousness. Yours is for a bigger audience than mine, though...

Oh and a tip: if you feel nervous the day of the presentation, just imagine yourself running through the whole thing and totally getting everything exactly as you want and right. Kind of a visuallization. Also you can video record yourself doing it on your cell phone if you have a smartphone and that will kind of simulate the online environment if you want to give a mock presentation that way. Just two ways to maybe prepare if you're feeling nervous.

Thanks everyone, for the good wishes. It went really well, a lot better than I expected. I had practiced a number of times with a stop watch, so I had the timing down perfectly. I got a lot of positive feedback from people, afterwards, so that was nice. The only thing I felt weird about was presenting and talking to my computer screen instead of being able to see the audience.
