I am soooooo peeved. The guy who rents our barn to store straw and hay in.. had this semi trailer parked at the back of the barn till they got it loaded up. The trucker guy came today to get the trailer to deliver it to WVA. Well.. we had snow melt, we had about 4 inches of rain last night and geee we had warm temps too.. what do you think happened? This trucker got stuck partially in the lawn and partially in my vegetable garden! And its a MESS out there now. The guy who rents the barn is not happy either. He had to get a wrecker out to get the semi out! I wouldnt be happy with that either!! But gee.. dontcha think that this trucker could have used some COMMON SENSE!?!? Just upset that we have to clean up this guys mess...

Sorry you have a mess. But it looks like a wonderful, private, peaceful place you have there!

Dear Sweet Sunshine,

You have such a beautiful place, and just think, you now have a couple more ditches for all the water to drain better. Just kidding; just wanted you to smile.

It's interesting because a similar incident happened to me when we had torrential rain here for two solid weeks. The guy who delivered building materials for our home, decided to turn around his trailer carrying roofing material, in the dirt, with standing water, instead of using our driveway. I had just came home at 7 AM after working 16 hours, and I drove up to find that his trailer had "re-landscaped" my front yard. After 2 hours of pulling with my tractor, we finally got it out. The funny thing about this, is that we have a very large circle drive, able to easily accommodate vehicles like this. Go figure. :-)

I agree, those pictures are very good evidence toward getting them to take care of that. Anyway, I just thought I might make you smile a little. You really have a nice home. Take care.

Sincerely,

I agree very nice home. I am sure the company will pay to have it fixed....
Last winter we had ppl keep turning around in our back yard. They too got stuck....one time we pushed the person out...my son being on the back wheel...........LOL he got covered in mud.
We just filled it all in , In time the earth does heal its self
Kinda looks like spring is on its way!!!!!!!!!!!

Dang, I was going to suggest that, that you should have put a piece of machinery onto the semi to at least do your garden.
