I had placed an order 6 months ago for a 2 box trial shipment of Gevalia coffee. Not really wanting the coffee, but the FREE stainless steel coffeemaker, I knew I would terminate the membership as soon as I received my order.
The coffee was a bit bitter for my taste anyway. Seems I forgot to do that, and over the weekend received my every 6 month order charged to my credit card. The website advises to call their customer service number regarding returns. With much dread, I proceeded to do the same. The representative happily credited my card on the phone without the returned product in hand. I asked her for the address for returns and she informed me to please give the product to the charity of my choice. Even though the box is NOT opened, they do not accept returned product. Wow, if my taste ever changes, I am definitely going to utilize their product!

Wow, too bad they didn't ship it before Christmas so you could give it as a gift, LOL. Those coffee people know how necessary they are to the world running properly
