But i have a work call to make in 25 minutes. I should shower but i laid in bed too long. Better drink coffee. My meds were adjusted and it's really hard on me.
Also the demands of my mom. She had a toe amputated now I'm her care giver. I'm exhausted want to sleep all day but can't too many people needing me.

Well my 2 hour call ended in 20 minutes. So I'm short hours at work this week again. Don't have the energy to fight it. Waiting for a descent hour to make my calls to schedule next week.
