It’s a new day.
I don’t have to do any of the negative behavior I have done in the past.
I am getting rid of clutter in my home and getting paid for much of it by selling it.
I am surprised at how much some things are worth.
I am at peace with all my relationships.

My son called me for Mother’s Day and it feels like it’s on a good track again, at least with him, his wife wants nothing to do with me even though I always say tell her I say hi.

I had a good day yesterday with and hearing from all three kids, and being a good daughter to my difficult mother.

I have the power to choose what I want to do moving forward and all options are open to me.

Good souls here I care about and feel they care about me.

Health during pandemic for all those I know atm.

3)DBT is helping me with my anxiety
4)I've lost 26 pounds

2. Getting allergy shots to tackle the cat allergy
3. Got an appointment with an endocrinologist to tackle the blood sugar issue
4. Some good work meetings
5. My cat is being very affectionate.
