1. Found out that the power was out for three hours at my apartment today but it came back on soon after I got home.
2. Have a much more mellow attitude than I used to even though my travel plans are still unconfirmed (waiting on Covid test results)
3. Virtual support groups
4. My cat companion
5. Ability to travel.

Eating in abundance when you feel like it,
Finding motivation,
Callie my cat has been spending time in my room,

1. Hearing a military jet fly above my apartment building just now. I miss those noises for some reason.

2. Having a T appointment in about 35 minutes (online).

3. Having enough food in my apartment.

4. Having a safe roof over my head.

1. Covid test came back negative! That is my 7th negative Covid test since this pandemic started. This means I can leave the country.
2. Starbucks cranberry bliss bars
3. Mild weather so no need for heat or ac. Low electricity bill this month
4. Found someone to look in on my cat so he won't have to be boarded.
5. Done with work for the year!

1. With my new attitude thanks to the 12 Steps I'm not freaking out over missed flights and travel issues.
2. Did manage to get some sleep last night despite not taking trazodone
3. Got the continental breakfast at the hotel this morning.
4. People at the hotel were nice and let me print documents and hang out in the lobby even after checking out.
