Hello, just wanted to remind people that we are now having a PTSD Group every second Friday to discuss how PTSD affects our everyday lives.

Hello,
Just wanted to let everyone know that PTSD chat is now every Friday @ 8-9pm. Many people wanted to have it every Friday so we moved Bipolar chat to Wednesdays to try to accommodate every one. Thanks for coming to our meetings and suggestions are welcome. Regards, Bob |
