I always feel really off when daylight savings begins. I expect to feel confused all day tomorrow. I think it is what sets off my sleep issues that go on throughout the summer.
I have my one alarm clock in my room and then the kitchen stove and family room clock. But every other one is automatic.

I think Daylight Savings is unnecessary. I wish Texas didn't do it.

Ugh, WHEN will DST be removed from our lives?! It serves no purpose and messes people up.
As for the poll, I chose "Other" because 2 of my clocks are automatic, 2 are not - but I won't forget to reset them. And then there's my car clock, which is not automatic.

I never set the clocks back, I’m so ready to spring ahead. Can’t wait for the longer days.

I forget what you have to do to not mess up your entire schedule for awhile. I thought it was go to sleep 2 hours later on Friday night and one hour later on Saturday. Although I’m probably mistaken.

Not at this time period. We're springing forward, so you'll want to go to bed earlier and wake up earlier.

I chose other because all my clocks except my PC are manual but I never forget to change them. I change all of them right before I leave for work at 9pm so then I don't have to worry about it when I get home in the morning. I also reset our wall clock here at work otherwise it would never get changed lol
I mean when it was first instituted it worked as intended but as we changed and grew away from most everyone being a farmer it became obsolete. Yet here we are in 2021 still changing our freaking clocks. I wonder if they will ever do away with it since it no longer serves a purpose ![]()

And of course I woke up and looked at my alarm clock and spent 15 minutes thinking it was that time until I looked at my phone. I fell asleep late last night. And I woke up early and I don’t feel like going back to sleep. So I think I’m already screwed.
My mom told me last night taking a 20 minute nap is what your supposed to do.

Arizona got rid of daylight savings time years ago. It's up to the states.

I have ones that change automatically and some that require manual resetting. Perhaps some I change later in the day (or the next day), but I don't permanently forget them. Perhaps some old watch in my jewelry box, but actually they are mostly out of juice, anyway.
DST is a different day in the US, than in the country I am living in. DST where I am is next week. That requires a little thought because I am still having appointments with a doctor in the US. So today the time difference is 5 hours. Next week it will be back to 6 hours, which it usually is. |

I completely forgot about it last week and didn't notice until midmorning. I wish I could be on DST all the time. It's like my sleep pattern suddenly becomes normal, I go to bed at 9 and wake up at 4. That's much better than 8 and 3!

I absolutely detest DST. I much prefer it when it gets dark early. I was in hospital (for two weeks) this year, so I didn't really notice it until I got home.
