I’m cursed. I’m under some kind of a spell that makes me attract bad luck. How do I break the spell so bad things would stop constantly happening to me? It’s mostly that I never kept a single relationship, both romantic and non romantic. Yet I behave exactly like people who do keep friends.

You think you behave exactly like people who do keep friends BUT what do those other people think about your behavior? Sometimes we don't have an accurate view of ourselves especially when we are the one that continually has the same problem

Ruby, life with ASD is full of challenges and in addition you were diagnosed with BPD, it adds extra challenge. Please talk to your therapist and case worker that you struggle with maintaining relationships. Keep working with them in learning strategies and techniques and managing your reactions to things.

You aren’t cursed. You have disorders that make life more difficult. So do people with other disorders. All you can do is continuously seek help, stick to your treatments. Do your best. Try to lean. You can do it. You already show improvement
Thanks for this!

I don't believe in curses. If we think that way, we assume there's nothing we can do to improve things.

I don’t believe in curses but I do believe in intuition, gut feelings, and I kind of believe in strange coincidences. Not sure that’s a curse. But I get these strong feelings or thoughts that someone is not safe or something will happen and I’ve often been right.

No I don’t believe in spells and curses. Your behavior determines how people respond to you. Until you accept responsibility for your behavior and change it the same things will continue to happen. It’s like you walk down a street see a hole and jump in then wonder why your in the hole. You need to change what street you take so there’s no hole.

I’m sorry you feel like you must be cursed, because you can’t seem to enjoy the healthy relationships other people seem to be able to have. I can relate to feeling like I’m cursed, too, tbh. I’m embarrassed to admit I kinda do believe in them. . But, it’s not any magical curse that is at the heart of the problem. And, no, curses are not real (or I’m sure we’d all get really good at using them! ). The problem is stemming from having an unhealthy behavioral issue. Although you don’t see that you are acting any different than anyone else, you are, and others here who have read your posts over time remember you acted in ways that ended relationships and you felt really bad about how they ended badly. You never felt you did anything to cause it, but you did.

IDK if anything we say gets through to you, Ruby. But, we’re here for support and do understand how bad you feel.

@ruby2011

Actually, there have been documented cases of people falling gravely ill due to knowing that someone - perhaps a 'witch doctor' or some silly cult priest - had placed a hex or curse upon them. Yes. But the curses effect on the person is obviously psychosomatic in nature and not due the apparent 'curse' itself.

What the previous posters have said is all you need to know. 🙏

There are a lot of people who believe in curses, so regardless of my thoughts about it, there will always be enough people to keep it alive.

I've become more superstitious as time has gone on . Which really is not cool in my mind.
I believe black witchcraft will manifest itself in how people act :more than the ritual itself. That could hurt a person by a spell or curse. Wicca is as a much more positive way .
When I go out in nature to pray to nature I always pray for others before myself and the release of ego.

I will say karma is not by the simplistic definition true. Just by children and little ones getting wiped out before they could ever decide what is right and wrong

I believe that if you do good and it's sincere from your heart. That it will usually does come back to you in positive ways.

I don't believe in karma either. The concept in India was used to enforce the caste system and eliminate any possibility for the poor to succeed. And I have seen bad things happen to good people and vice versa.
Thanks for this!
