Happy Canada Day, everyone, from north of the border.

I usually go to Canada on July 4th. I heard lots of cities have canceled Canada Day. Is it still on in Ottawa?

This explains why orange. I had to look it up. Only recently heard of it. Many are angry at the government, but I think it was more the Church who kidnapped the indigenous children. Or maybe it was a joint effort? Orange Shirt Day - Wikipedia

I have a coppy of the canadian national anthem.
so I played that I was explaining to someone yesterday that the anthem is simply called oh canada, and she's like lol really? not sure why that's so hard to believe, but okay.... |
