My physical pain went from off the charts to a 1 after a coffee. My emotional pain is like a 7 after being off the charts before coffee. I don’t have the massive anxiety I had earlier but I do feel a bit sad.

My physical pain is a 5 today. It was 10 yesterday the day after I was in a car accident. My body's adrenaline crashed and I went into a weird kind of shock, where I had diarrhea and vomiting all day yesterday. I drove myself to the ER and they scanned my abdomen for internal injuries aka 'seat belt syndrome," which is where you bruise your internal organs like your intestines. I bruised mine but no internal bleeding. They told me to be low key with any driving and physical activity over the next week. I had to miss attending a job fair today b/c I had no energy. There's another job fair I plan to attend in July, so all is not lost.

Thanks downandlonely. I'm glad that I went to the ER and trusted my intuition. People's bodies are so complicated, the ER doc explained to me. He said that delayed shock from car accidents is fairly normal for most people and symptoms can show up anywhere from 1 day after to a week after a car accident. Now that I know my intestines are lightly bruised from the impact of my seat belt, I will be careful physically until they are not inflamed anymore.

My physical pain is about a 4. I’m having stomach issues. Either from some iced coffee or a med reaction. This happened last week too right after I ate some frozen zucchini. It could also just be my severe stress and anxiety though. My emotional pain is about an 8. I’m hoping once I can get my meds and a Valium I’ll feel better for a couple hours.

No physical pain as long as I stay seated on the couch and no emotional pain as long as I don't think about anything which I try to do as much as possible...

I have been suffering. My voices (other parts of the brain who have abilities/distinct personalilities) are able to do physical pain, muscle jumping, burning, etc. They threaten me if I want to enjoy something they're not interested in. So today I'm reporting the physical pain I have received this morning off & on ranges between a 5 & a 9. My emotional pain is most of the time about a 9. I am trying to be stronger & tougher so I can rise above the things in my brain that don't like me & want to hurt me.

I'm sorry they threaten you when you want to enjoy something they're not interested in.

It sounds like they are ''strong and tough'' in not such a good way.

Physical maybe 3, emotional like a million. My brain won't let go of any sensations, keeps telling me I'm dying. Hard to get through the day.
