My mental health clubhouse runs a Warm Line, for people to call when they are lonely or depressed, and I just found out that I've been hired to work on it.
I'm really excited about it, because I used to do the same work, on a volunteer basis, on a crisis line. I enjoy doing this kind of work and at least it's paid. I'm on an evening shift which will be hard to adjust to, but I"ll manage. The good thing is it means I can continue to do all my day time advocacy work and see my Drs without having to take time off. It's part time, which is what all I can handle at this time, but It means I'll be able to stop needing my brother to help me out financially.\ splitimage __________________  "I danced in the morning when the world was begun.
