It's Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend.

I'm not getting any turkey, but I am going out for a nice lunch with a friend today.

So Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians on the site.

Happy Thanksgiving to the Canadians!

Tomorrow is what was typically Columbus Day in the US. But many places are now celebrating indigenous people instead of the European who enslaved and massacred them.

Happy Thanksgiving, SI, that sounds like a nice way to celebrate. I am really missing getting together for little meals and coffee or a tea with friends.

I did a bird with some of the fixins, just because cooking does keep me sane, and it's a good exercise in planning and follow-through for me. Plus, I just love the Fall, and this holiday, in particular.
