This is very sad news. She was a friend in chat these past four years or so. Tamster will be missed.

Tamster was very close to me and this was very much unexpected. I hope that all those who knew her can comfort each other in this hard time of grieving and loss

I just can't even express my sadness. Tamster was a good friend of mine on PC and off. She was the first friend I made when I joined, and we were friends on and off the platform. When I drove back and forth across the country, she would keep me company and talk to me to help me stay awake. When I was strapped for time and driving to a new client appointment, she called me on the phone and read data to me to help me prepare while I sat in traffic. When I was triggered, she'd talk to me and help me calm down.
She was an incredibly supportive and kind person. The best chat facilitator and moderator I've ever met, and really she was so many people's first new friend on PC. She lived quite a ways away from me, so I never got to meet her in person, although I had hoped one day we would cross paths physically. Even when I got busy, she'd check in on me from time to time to make sure I was upright. This is a very sad day, but I will always remember the kindness and friendship Tamster gave to me and will try to hold true to her memory by doing the same.

 I honestly can't believe this. It just doesn't feel real. I talked to her days ago....and now.... I will never forget the funny times we had and down times as well but we always made it through. I know she fought hard in the end. She will be dearly missed and never forgotten. Love you tams.

I'm sorry to hear this. I did not know Tamster, but I'd seen her around and noticed she had great hair in her user picture. It sounds like she was loved by many here, and will be missed by just as many. I'm so sorry to hear that she has passed away and sending hugs and thoughts to all who are grieving the loss of her.
