UK's Entrant Sam Ryder with Spaceman is pretty cool.
Anyone else watching it tonight/today Saturday 14th May 2022? I'm really struggling today as I would normally watch it with my Mum. But since she passed last July I just have her photos to help me through it. My Sister goes to a Eurovision Party lucky thing. I know Ukraine will win rightly so, but it would be so good if UK came top 10. We lose most years lol.... why do we still do it I hear you ask lol. Anyways if anyone else is interested in this let me know. I'm going to watch it tonight at 8pm woop woop!!! Sent from my SM-G980F using Tapatalk |

Don’t get it to watch. But it would be cool. They showed Finland or Swedens entry on the news a bit back. That was cool but for the most part European stuff is limited over here.

I like Moldovan performance. Very colorful and fun and they incorporated some folk motives and I liked it.

I guess I might be able to find it online.
I hadn't even heard of Eurovision until a bad Will Ferrell movie last year. I don't think many in the US follow it. |

Wait, is Australia able to do Eurovision? Or did you mean Austria?
And I guess the UK is still allowed to participate even though they're leaving the EU. |

Actually Ukrainian group was great
Yes the whole Eurovision is cheesy. But that’s the whole point. It’s supposed to be cheesy. Do not suppose to be all that serious |

We should know a winner I'm about 1.5-2 ish hours time. We go to the voting after Estonia (last act) sing. Be it phone, text or app vote then it all gets counted. Then we go through countries who give us their top vote ie UK votes 12 points to Ukraine or whatever country we choose. The points are divided into 12 then 10-0 takes a while lol!

France did a good job. I liked that they sang in Breton not French. Sadly dying language

Voting is on. Sadly I can’t vote. I am actually in Europe right now but system knows my phone is registered in the US. Won’t let me vote. I’ve no idea who’ll win. I am partial to the upbeat goofy Moldovan song about train between Kishinev and Bucharest.

Woohoo!!! UK led the country votes hitting number 1 spot thanks to a good few 12 points. We ended up with 183 points. But we're beat to the post by Ukraine with a grand total of 631 and UK 433 points. We all did fab. No-one came away with 0 points which is unusual lol! Just after midnight now. Off to bed to wind down I'm High as a kite lol!

I haven’t seen the video until now, only stage performance. The video is great. |
