The new Elvis movie I ordered on DVD is arriving early tomorrow! And I'm going to watch it this weekend with my parents.

What are you looking forward to?

I have different "looking forward to's".

My roofer is getting my new black shutters for my house on Monday & installing them. That will finish my roofing job I had done this year & my house face lift will be done for that part.

I have a foundation specialist coming the next week to see what we can do about the foundation issue under my garage. Gotta get that done before I can fix up my area back there for getting chickens.

The guys that cleared out everything from in back of my house need to come & handle my burn piles.

Electric company chopped down my old dead oak tree that was threatening electric lines. Now I have lots of winter wood available.

I'm looking forward to this semester being done and having 2 solid weekends to myself without work or social obligations. It will be fabulous. One more year of this.

The only thing that I look forward to is those very brief moments of
clarity. When you seem to understand what it's all about. My zest and zeal
for life has diminished greatly over time. Things taken away. A life unfulfilled.
I look forward to becoming part of the universe again., in a different form.

I'm looking forward to getting out and shopping on my own. I think I can start doing this because it's not hard being me after all. I can totally make it out again and then I won't be in isolation anymore. My Social Security checks come in at the beginning of the month and I am stunned at how happy I am, maybe I should try to work.
