Made a very simple veggie pasta today, I’ve been using protein pasta, it’s nice.

Apple and pear microwaved with mixed spice and Greek yogurt for dessert.

Have you ever made shakshuka?

It's like a chili base without the meat. Cook it up in your cast iron pan, then make five depressions or wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each depression.

Cover with a lid and poach.

The eggs take the place of the meat for protein.
