Its just one of those days. I slept a ton last night and I got my grocery shopping done this morning without any anxiety. But I just still feel tired and I have to really motivate myself to eat today.

I may have a flue-y thing. Headache, nausea light-headed for past 3 days. Very low level symptoms but today it was enough to keep me pretty inactive. Could be anything I suppose but it's a bit weird.

I mainly just feel crabby I guess. Low energy and some anxiety and gastro stuff. My stomach hurts a bit so I took a zofran. I've had a slight headache all day too but its not a big deal. I just watched TV today. I slept a lot again today but its because I closed my vent so my room isn't hot. I'm also not taking my normal full amount of valium since I'm low. Idk. I'm not worried about any of this

Same crap feelings as yesterday. I took an hour nap around 12:30 but I'm still just lethargic and I wasn't very hungry again.

Meh. Been awake since 1am. Have a lot of planning at work to do today. I'm going on long service leave for 2 weeks next week so I have to have all my lesson plans up.

Nothing like insomnia.....

I've been going through a lot lately. I am quite fatigued from it all. I think today I am pretty okay but I am having anxiety. I hope the anxiety clears up once I get finished with my GP appointment in a couple of hours.

Got to be honest I’m an irritable so and so today and I wish I could just snap out of it. I am having to redo a pretty awful job one of the tradesmen did and it’s not doing much for my mood.
