I don't feel good. Its my dumb stomach. I napped for 45 minutes at 12:15 but it didn't help. I've had all my psych meds. I ate what I could which wasn't much. I just feel blah today.

My day was terrible, and I have bad ones, but I am still wound up like a tick-clock.
I had a medication change and am worried about my one decent friend. I have never felt quite like this before, it is like it won't turn off. __________________ |

I got a legit answer today about my health but I'm still sick and I don't have the energy to do much but lie in bed. I don't feel like emailing my therapist to tell her whats going on. Idk if she'll be annoyed. She'll probably be understanding.

I didn't get too sick today. Only a couple times. But it wasn't the nonstop barfing I was doing before. I've found some stuff I can eat safely. I am very tired though.

I was struggling with the heat (meds make me sensitive) in a very hot Walmart. I still wear a mask in Walmart but today I had to take it off because I was going to faint. Then I got home from Walmart and had to run back to town to the vet for medicine for my cat. So, so hot and my water bottle doesn't hold enough water. Maybe I need one of those trendy 40 oz water mug things.
But I was doing ok and ready to go out and water my plants on my porch so I'd officially be inside for the night. I walked outside and a hornet flew up to me with no provocation and stung me. So that topped the heat as the worth part of the day. It's feeling better now, just so it doesn't rub on anything, but I still can't really believe that happened. So I've had benadryl (it's probably wearing off now) and have been slightly groggy all evening.. __________________ Bipolar 1, PTSD, GAD, OCD. Clozapine 250 mg, Emsam 12 mg/day patch, topamax 25 mg, ,Gabapentin 1600 mg & 100-2 PRN,. 2 mg clonazepam., 75 mg Seroquel and 12.5 mg PRNx2 daily |

I'm bored. Its too hot to do much. Too hot to eat much but fruit and other light things. Not much on TV. I feel ok. I'm just tired from not sleeping good lately. After having the second nightmare again last night about something that is legit going to happen, I went and got a different kind of melatonin. Hopefully it helps.
