Bob Newhart passed away today. He was 94!
Listened to his comedy albums growing up. I may still have them. Part of one of those skits stuck with me over the years. He is portraying a driving instructor talking to a new student. You were going how fast!?!? In reverse!?!? IN THE DRIVEWAY!?!?!!! Saw one of his live performances before he got his first TV show. I love that he had audience members falling out of their seats laughing with no cursing or off color "humor" RIP Bob. |

Didn't he have a sitcom type show with like the most shocking ending in TV history or something?

He was great and worked right up to the end. Loved him in Big Bang. Kinda surprised he was only 94, thought he was older than that.

Nammu, I didn't know he was on Big Bang until I saw a re-run with him in it. He was great doing classic Newhart kind of humor.
