I need two or three really good, understanding, real-life fiends who live close by. Like, now.

I'm wondering how the hell this woman thought it was okay to grab a horse's reins without asking the rider

King's Guard shouts at woman who grabs horse's reins but people can't decide who is in the wrong

Reins (on a horse) is the equivalent of the steering wheel of a car

And also, you wouldn't grab the harness of a working assistance dog, so don't do it to a working horse. Doing so is putting everyone around there, in danger. In the same way as grabbing the steering wheel of someone's car and pulling it in one direction and expecting it t not go where you just told it to, is dangerous.

Wow, that's pretty out there. Doesn't everyone know that the Royal Guards, and their horses, are seriously off-limits?!?

It's as if the world is experiencing a mass loss of common sense, and all of the etiquette and good manners we decided upon over the years are all quickly going the way of the dodo.

I can't stop shaking my head.

I'm certain if the horse had of done something to her cause she touched the reins (for example: if the horse had of thought "my rider wants me to move" and stood on the woman, she would of complained about the horse moving and standing on her.

It’s been surprisingly nice having my middle sister here. We’re getting along just fine.

I just realized that there's no duck pond in this **** town. There are 3 duck ponds in the city I come from, and I could really use some time by a duck pond today. No skating rink, no duck pond. If I had the $ for gas I'd drive home today. Why did I come here? I want to be a no-show for my session today because I'm angry. Damned if I'll "display" my anger, though. I'm loving the sunnnn!

A town I used to live in had a duck pond, it was rare to see ducks there though cause the water was so shallow and dirty all the time cause people would chuck rubbish and other crap in it

So any self-respecting duck would refuse to stick around ......

Wishing I could read the wind like I used to. My instincts were very good, back in the day, for long periods of time.
This morning I counted out all the times I've moved in my adult life, and it amounted to 20. That's a lot of boxes!
What on earth am I going to make for dinner? Sometimes cooking is a real challenge; although once I get going at it, it's a happy place for me.
I'm not greedy. But we could both really use a small lottery win, and a nice long vacation.

Miss my therapist today. Probably because we didn't have our session on Tuesday. Oh well. It's fine. I'll be okay.

Looking forward to the weekend. And superbowl. And Valentine's day. Even though I don't have a significant other. I am thinking of buying myself some chocolate. Hmm.

Just bought myself a couple of new pairs of Vans (shoes) too. High top floral ones. Slip on black on black checked ones. Lace up green ones.

Willowtigger--I don't know what spanish chicken is but it sounds good. I'm hungry!

Its tomato based and it comes in a jar, has things like red peppers in it, can't remember what else

But all you need to add to it is the chicken and the rice, when you get the jar of it

Today was such a beautiful, crystalline, bright shiny day. I wish I could have done more outside.

Dinner is going to be blah leftovers, but I'm grateful for them.

Today was his kind of day, full of sun-filled vistas, and potential.

Sometimes life is about simply putting one foot in front of the other, and never letting the devils get the better of you.

I hope the suit I ordered gets here in a time.

I hope the 25th is not a dreary day like today.

It feels real today.

I’m letting my chihuahua sit quietly next to me on the bed. I normally have a policy of no animals on the bed. I’m pretending I don’t see him and he’s pretending he doesn’t see me…..

Is he well-behaved, hitch?

Normally chiwawas are one breed of dog I don't trust (personally)

I think the reason I don't trust them is cause so many owners decide bad behaviour from a chiwawa (spelling) is "cute"

I think if you wouldn't allow bad behaviour from a Great Dane, you shouldn't allow it from a chiwawa, so many dog-owners disagree with me on that one though

By bad behaviour I'm referring to thinks like "snarling and nipping the human" etc - I think ANY size of dog should be taught that biting a human is unacceptable - ever (only exception is police dogs - they get trained to chase and catch people and the only way they can catch them is by using their teeths)
