My grumbly blind cat can’t see any more but he still knows to stand between me and my iPad or book to get attention and food. 😂 5 o’clock comes around and if I don’t notice he makes sure I pay attention!

I noticed a very sad, concerning, and a bit depressing correlation between those of us with bipolar and other mood disorders, insomnia, PTSD, anxiety, and so on - that may wear sunglasses during the day to hide our emotions, tears, or insomniac facial features and skin quality issues and problems, between substance abusers and addicts.
For example, an alcoholic, who likewise hides his or her alcoholism with sunglasses in the night or indoors with sunglasses. It is sad. |

I pissed out some black urine today. Idk. I've been ignoring the blood and the pain and the other stuff. I paid a bit of attenion to the foam last night. But black? I get I need to mention this on Monday to my PT especially with the cold that I kind of hope my mom gets so I know its not related to this other stuff.

My cat was sitting with his tounge sticking out a bit for a minute or so. My mom tried poking at it but he turned away. Cats are weird. Hope nothings wrong though. Hes only 10 or so years old.

I'm trying to figure out what the Today Show will do for Halloween. Its gotta involve Taylor Swift the way they gush over her. Maybe famous duos/couples so they can throw in Travis Kelcee as well as Barbie and Ken into the mix.

I think chewing food is psychologically helpful. Maybe it helps relief stress or takes out anger? I rarely chew food now due to tooth problems and it's starting to wear on me. I get these intense desires to have anything good to chew. A hamburger. OMG a taco bell taco! ...
