I hate carrying things so find "containers" that will fit in my pocket. . . or in a larger carry-all for when I want books or inhalers or computers, etc. :-) I have a smaller wallet that has all my stuff including an attached cell phone case and a spot that is supposed to hold your PDA but I use it for "larger" papers, prescriptions, handy-wipes for restaurants, etc. :-)

On the coin department in the first zippered area, I have a small picture of my husband grinning at me, scotchtaped on. He looks cute, if I can say so myself LOL.

Most times I carry no purse at all. Since I use my debit card for 99% of my purchases, I don't carry much cash with me at anytime. I have a bank card holder that also holds my AAA card, my key card, my library card and my drivers license all together and it's in my back pants pocket.

I do have a medium sized purse that I use at different times (I really hate carrying it). It has change for parking, a book, my day planner, eye drops and any meds I might need to bring with me.

My cellphone is either in my pocket or in my hand. LOL

And atg6, there is not a darned thing wrong with you carrying a doll with you hon. and what kind of purse.. backpack.. fanny pack???

I carry a fairly large leather purse, that's big enough for my wallet, daytimer, cellphone (Just bought my first one yesterday), a book, my AA mtgs book, my checkbook, and whatever meds I might need to carry with me.

But I also have this absolutely adorable little red purse that barely carries anything - my wallet won't even fit into it. But it's so fun, I use it with parring the bare essentials down, all the time in the summer.

I am a big Dixie bag with wild colors and a strap help with staples, paper clips, and safety pins on one side and old school 90's patches with one hit wonder band logos like Alanah Miles, Crash Test Dummies, and Four Non Blondes....chaotic, cluttered, and old schooled....that's me.

I was obviously comparing myself to a bag....as far as what I carry well, I have waaaaaaaaaay to many bags, purses...whatever you may call them. I carry many different kind, but my favorite is this long strapped hippie purse made of suede my grandma got me when I was a freshmen in high school....makes me think of her and I have good memories of my birthday with her that year. It has water damage now though....does anybody know about suede and water damage????

I carry a medium sized purse, quite large for my standards actually. I carry both my check books, stamps, those insurance slips & delivery confirmation slips from the USPS (for all my ebay needs). I also carry tissues, chapstick, a (Squirt3 = a fold up pair of scissors by leatherman), My business cards, extra digital camera battery, digital camera, wallet with thousands of pockets for credit cards, and as many pens as I can cram in there! At first I didn't like the thought of carrying a purse so I found a really tiny dickies one, and then just upgrading from there. I like having an excuse to pretty much carry my entire life around with me!!!

I carry a wallet in my back pocket attached by a chain to my pants. (harder to lose/drop/forget it that way. Everything else goes on my pockets, they used to be so full of random things i just happened to carry around with me that they were usually bulging.

My purse is a 12"X11", wool knit and shrunk purse that my friend made for me. and what kind of purse.. backpack.. fanny pack??? Right now, there's my wallet with all kinds of cards, pictures, and appt reminders, loose change and receipts in it.

There are two AA batteries for my digital cam and an old snot rag, semi-used and an old top cellophane from a used cig pack. When I go out, my cigs, inhaler and cell-phone go in it.

I've been known to put chewing gum, earings, hard candy and various toys and treats for the grandkids in it. My false teeth have found their way into my purse, too. and what kind of purse.. backpack.. fanny pack??? My hair cuttin' scissors and a comb, goat hoof trimmers and a dog leash have also kept company in my purse... an occasional smooshed goat berry/rabbit berry, too. EEWWWWW!

OH! And birdseed to feed the birdies at the place I get my frosted mocha at! and what kind of purse.. backpack.. fanny pack???
